Just because of that image of the best movie,I forced myself to read the full;and I must say its pretty good reading post.

Haha, yeah I love that movie. Thanks for enjoying the post!

Great Post!

I don't understand why so much people here are hating. What he wrote is completly true, you have to work hard it's that simple. The harder you work, the faster you'll get behind the phase of failing. Every failed project is a step forward. Anyone who is capable of learning out of his mistakes, if he just failed enough times, will succeed in the end.

Thanks for the motivation Nix!

I liked your post too, ignore the trolls. May your 2016 break bigger ground than any year before. Work hard and work smart. It's always down to YOU and you only. Go get em!

I disagree with some things here.

I'd say it's more like 95% of the forum who sucks at IM.

I'd also say that hard work means nothing if you suck at what you do.

I would hate to work 24 hours a day, and I'm fairly certain none of the other members you mentioned work that hard either. I'd rather make the most of the 6 - 8 hours in the day that I do spend working hard.

Thanks for your feedback!

Actually, I agree that the names I mentioned are probably not working as hard now. But to get to where they are NOW, I'm sure they put in the work.Unless these guys or some other moderator/executive member here comes in and tells us that he's an overnight success, I will still believe that it's hard work, perseverance, and just flat out hustle that can get you over the hump.

i'm happy that most people on this forum do suck at trying IM, we don't need a corner shop on every corner.

I think more guys spend time on here reading post than doing work to make money

I think this is a awesome post, hands down. I read most of your motivational posts that you posted here and they're 100% ON POINT. I have to admit a lot of people are sometimes lazy and they need to read/understand what you're writing here to stay focused. I appreciate it dude, your advice will help many people who want to succeed with anything in life.

I also read over some of the posts above my post and some of them are partially correct in a way. People starting off as beginners in the IM industry could be compared to a kid trying to learn how to ride a bike for the first time. Not the greatest example, however you can resent to the obvious point I am trying to outline here. Many are blind in the situation, not knowing how to, what to, where to and etc. There is a lot to learn and a variety of information that a beginner has to pick up before they decide to start rolling the dice. If certain precautions are not being made to the extent of practice, they are doomed to seeing unflattering results AND most people are right because a lot actually give up at that point when they don't see the perfect result right away in any business module.

What I do know for a fact is if you're dedicated enough and that type of person who NEVER gives up on anything, you will always have awesome news coming your way. We can't repeat enough here for everybody to grasp the proper technique and that on point mindset everybody should strive for before anything. I think I wrote a bit much already and by that being already said, good luck to all the hustlers in the IM world and the beginners who are deciding to kick start a better future today.

Cheers to 2016.

It is not about the contribution.. (if that was the case, this post hasn't contributed much in terms of substance, methods or direction). It is about the voilition.. Your intentions are good, and that is enough.. it will inspire a few to succeed.

Note: Not everyone is made alike, so everyone cannot succeed in IM. I cannot run like Usain Bolt, and Bolt cannot match my GMAT score. Success is always relative and only a few can achieve it in a particular area, and that is why succeeding is special.
