I followed all the steps given above. But its not working.I can't sign up for Fiverr with a VPN as it gets redirected to homepage.I should've know..hehe. If this was really working you wouldn't share it here in the first place as it would get spammed to death.This is like every other method(almost every method) shared on this forum.
I'm pretty sure that site you linked to is yours. Do you smell that smelly smell?? You just want to visits to your site under the false pretense of "helping others".

Well, last month it was working for me, it is kinda lengthy process so I move on, and why I give a damn about traffic? people are not gonna click on the ads, and you know that so do I, right?

Absolutely true, this ain't working. These methods die pretty soon because of the abuse , I am sure many tried this and boom its no longer working!
But dont accuse the OP of his motives, He just shared a method which he taught is working!

as you mention, method isn't working. you were getting redirected to homepage right? so I had little chat with Fiverr live support and it turns out, now it is only enabled for certain users, for those whose Trust level is at least 1
 
This method is as much working as the clash of clan free gems apk provided by the same site in OP.

I sent invitations to my 3 three friends since yesterday, nothing happen till now I am still on a safe side, but I am not sure because it is perfectly safe or not.
 
I think this shouldnt be in the freebie/giveaway section.
Also, I am pretty sure fiverr will take action if they see you are abusing their referral system.
You might risk your account doing this.

well this is a lengthy method if do not want to take risk to get your acc. banned. If you wanna do it quick try this.

1: Order a 5 Gig from Fiverr ( 35 verify Gmail acc.)

2. sent an invitation to one of those gmail acc, which you get from fiverr.

3. open your Tor Browser, if you don't have tor download it. It is free

4. log in to your Gmail acc. on which you sent the invitation from your regular browser but clear the cache before login. why from regular browser? because if you will login your gmail accounts from tor, your accounts might get banned.

5. after login to your gmail acc you will see you get an email from fiverr that says" XYZ sent you a voucher for a free service on Fiverr" Image:http://prntscr.com/9ih6ji

6:open that email right-click on the button which say "Claim NOW" and copy the link. Image :http://prntscr.com/9ih6vv

7: head over to tor browser and post that link on new tab, and hit the "enter button"

8: and then enter your email to get your free gig. " Image:http://prntscr.com/9ih863

9: Repeat it from 6th step.

So basically you are spending 5$ to get free service of 25$ :D

Yup, I have already sent the message to mod to move the thread in right section, and yea there is a risk if won't do it wisely :)
