Bad experience this time with my order. The writer that you had write my article shouldn't even be working for you if they're going to be pushing out crap content. I had to have them revise it two times because they couldn't follow simple instructions. It needed a third revision but I said screw it. I don't have time for that kind of nonsense. Tired of dealing with incompetent writers that fail to follow simple instructions given to them. I was expecting premium content since that is what I had payed for but looks like I was delivered below standard content this time.

I'm surprised by your post considering your first email to us after receiving the content started with these words: "I LOVE THE CONTENT" That doesn't sound like substandard content.
The simple instructions you claim we didn't follow consisted of you literally just sending us a link to a page of similar content proceeded by the text "see as example". That's hardly providing us with instructions. No detail provided whatsoever regarding what elements of that example to follow. The writer can't read your mind - we follow the instructions provided, but in your case barely any was provided during your order and considering your follow up email started out with the words "I love the content" your post here is perplexing.
Your order didn't even qualify for a revision, but we offered one to you anyway. You won't always get it 100% on the first try. That's the purpose of offering revisions, to get the content to where you want it to be. Your impatience to work with us to have it fixed to your specifications (which weren't even provided during your order) is not our fault.
I want every customer to walk away happy, but it requires clear instructions upfront and a willingness to work with us on revisions.
