These days I tracked my nicher a same account. I found him one day get 5k follower. I'm sure he's follower is not bought. Because I following his follower I can get 6/10. A very high rate. He's not follow unfollow method. His following has been 905. So I think he is do a shoutout.

My question is：

How to find where he is doing a shoutout？

You can't find that out.

Use twitter search function. If there is a shoutout, look out for @competitor_twitter_ID in tweets that surfaces. Anything that contains your competitors @mention requires some studies. From there you should be able to roughly find out the source of the shoutout.

It would be really awesome to know where someone is doing their S4S or buying their shoutouts but sadly there is no way to know yet!

I found an account, but the account follower only 1k, maybe this is his account, and then use this account to comment on the other's account.I guess

haha, I found out where he was doing a shoutout. The method is this:site:www.instagram.com @usename.
Then I found out he was on a 50m follower page do shoutout, There he may have joined the shoutout group, a number of small accounts also 1k 2k @himname.
