Although SERP movement wasn't the best, OP provided great customer service.
I certainly wouldn't mind trying a different service of his for my next project.

Been working with these guys for quite some time now and they have always delivered. Website moved from 34 to 5 in a matter of 10 days. The keyword difficulty is medium and the my e-commerce site sells products that are $100 and above and the search volume is decent. I would be pretty happy if the keyword reaches top 3.
