It is now been 16 days since I got wrong articles. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I posted in this thread a few days ago about it and he did inbox and ask me order details but then never responded again. I have since sent him another private message and no response. 21 days since I originally placed order. Please refund or respond with atleast some kind of excuse.

I think you have to dispute your payment as the provider is not responding for several days and I also escalate my payment to paypal as I did not hear from him after several emails
