Any working indexer?

I have added 15000 urls 6 month ago. And all of them are still indexed. What do you mean by "footprint"? Where is "footprint" here?

I think that sending too many links to WMT pointing to the same moneysite is a big footprint and Google will notice it.
Maybe it is just me, but it just doesn't worth the risk.
Will find a better method.

You can index backlinks with such method. But there is still the risk that sending links that are linking to your site is a big footprint of your site... And it is much better just not to index any of backlinks because of 100% no footprint :marchmell

I would say, No need any tools to index your links.

Once you added a link on your website. Go to your website tool central(Google). Under "Crawl" There is a option called "Fetch as google" Just put your url and render it.

This is the best way to index it quickly.

If you have to index 1-10 links and have time, it is really the best way to index them quickly.

Express Indexer is what I use.

As someone said above, it really depends on the quantity of backlinks you're building to figure out if an indexing service is worth your while, if you're building alot of tier 2s and 3s then go for it, there are many services around.

Well using Google's submit tool to mass request indexing of T1s seems boarderline retarded. Its risky, first of all. Second the problem with getting shit indexed these days is not that Google doesn't SEE your posts. Its that Google sees the posts and REFUSES to grant it indexing. We are essentially trying to trick Google into indexing spam. Which is why its so hard to find a service that works. Because Google is smarter these days.

We can take 100-500-1000 urls that you want to index - backlinks for example, but certainly they should be from sites that are normally indexed by Google, not filtered.
And randomly split them into groups.
And we can index every group with different method.
And we'll see how quickly google will index them. And how much in % it will index.
And after 2 weeks or month we can see what % of url will be indexed later.

This way we'll see clearly what method is ideal for indexing.

I am ready to index my part with Google's submit tool.

Is anybody ready to take part in experiment?

And my forecast is that Google's submit tool will definitely and absolutely win

Well according to my experience, Google's URL Submit Tool will absolutely win but, and there is a big but, it may put your moneysite in risk as I said above and it is just a risk I can't take.
