Does it matter if you get 10 different hosting accounts for each micro niche website or 1 hosting account with 10 domains? Or does google not care when indexing?

Only thing is I'm not even sure if my site is fully complete since there was no email/ anything saying its completed.
So far my review.

Content 10/10
Content was well written, looks professionally written and unique

Design 9/10
Design was well done, Logo was well paired with the keyword, and colour scheme chosen was orientated around it as well.(not sure if it was on purpose)

User interface 7/10
He added 3 different galleries full of pictures but they were extremely small
Menus, search bar are placed in a good position,
There are alot of repeated menus, hence back to the point of my mentioning not sure if its completed or work in progress.

Overall with such quick replies/services, as well as good design i think $49 is worth it. All i need now will be to change the galleries of picture and hopefully do some SEO correctly!
