my accounts has been activated& i loaded money on my account already. but when tried to run a test campaign it shows insufficient fund when i already loaded money in there & the test campaign doesnt go over my currently loaded balance. Why is that?! Also I sent message to your customer support few hours back but none has replied me back yet either!
