Gave Half Payment then Vanishes

Assignment - Animated Intro
Payment - Half Done, stopped replying after that
Work Status - Full Animation Delivered in HD Format, without any watermark
Buyer Skype - battleaxe.warriors

Client was delivered final file on July 26th and was due half payment.
But he stopped replying after that since now.


This was the last conversation, tried to contact him many times since them, but in vein.

Client contacted me in skype directly seeing my sales thread located below :

So I not sure what is bhw username is, but someone said it will be same name as skype - battleaxewarriors

Requesting concerned mod to look into the matter.

I did not pay the rest because you failed to deliver the logo in time. We had a 2-3 days ETA and i recieved the logo 10 days later or something like that.
I'm willing to settle this for half the payment considering i hired another person to make me a logo. Dont get me wrong, i would obviously pay for the work i hired you to do if you delivered the product in time.

EDIT1: I already paid for the intro so that is nothing to talk about, i'm guessing you made this thread because of the logo?

Make sure you remove personal info - actual names, niches, URLs etc.

Yes those logs are accurate. He said 2 days for a intro, a logo should take 1-2 days max.

Sent via Skype as well as posted here. Since Battleaxewarriors admits that the logs are accurate and has not posted any other evidence in his defense, he has 48 hours to make the remaining payment or he will be banned.
