HI, My paypal go limited and they asking for supplier invoices. Now I was doing dropshipping from Aliexpress.com and cant ask supplier for invoice. Can you still help me out here? Does paypal call the supplier to verify invoice info.

My account was Very Good Condition, Fully Verified(Bank, Card, Phone). It was verified by Payoneer USPS. It was working very good for last 2 Years. Last day I placed an order but I have half of the payment in my Paypal, But I forget to change secondary payment option to Card. So Paypal tried to charge from my Bank.

And today I got this email from Paypal:

[FONT=arial]On December 14, 2015, we attempted to transfer $*.** USD from your bank account ending in x-xx**. We received an automated response from your bank informing us that they could not complete the transfer.

[FONT=arial]To re-add this bank account to your PayPal account, please confirm with your bank that all information is correct. Alternatively, you can add another bank account.

Now I see Paypal Removed my Bank, Its now showing my account is 80%. Can you help me to get it Fully Verified Again? Its US Account with My Real Name but the Address is fake & I am not US Citizen,Even never visited US. Need Permanent Solution.

1-What kind of countries which there paypal could spend money using "It's balance" because i have tested some counties all of them you must to withdraw the money to your bank,

2-Do you have VCC for those countries? How much?


3-Must i use private proxy for that task ?
