Nice guide some good points in there thanks. Here is what I have learned from my brief experience cloaking with 3 suspended accounts

• Raising budget to fast will get account flagged and possibly suspended, it happened to one of my accounts. Instead create new campaigns with higher budgets, turn your cloaking on after you start seeing clicks coming in. If you want to increase budget on an existing campaign wait for Google to suggest it. If you need Google to suggest it, add many keywords / ad sizes. I managed to increase one campaign from $1,000 / day to $3,750 through the suggestion.
• If you spend big, expect a manual review 1 month or so after.
• If you are running ads for the US but you are outside of the US, I assume if you run for other countries and you are outside. The manual review process is more strenuous.

Also you can call them directly (its probably the only Google service where you can do that) and can therefore find out more details as what needs to be fixed as typically via email you will not get all of the details. In my experience most people get banned due to info harvesting, user safety and bridge policies. I don't think they will ever let you get your account back inspite of the most clearly written disclaimers if your Niche is something that is completely banned from advertising. Such as online casino, gambling, Online betting, pharma etc.. So basically you can reclaim your account only in very limited cases where you got banned due to making some very stupid mistakes in the first place.

1) If your in the USA, setup a corporate bank account with banks such as Bank Of America. With that you can request unlimited "employee debit cards" to be overnighted to you for free and each card has a unique debit card # and does NOT have AVS checks.

Is there any other Bank in the US that give out employee debit or credit cards without social security number? Anyone knows?
