[WTH] Instagram Mentions Provider

Hello Blackhatworld,

My associate and I, both reputable BlackHatWorld members, would like to hire an Instagram mention provider. We have tried various people and companies and have been disappointed in the inconsistencies that many of the more well-known providers have given us. If you can provide reliable mentions then we would like to hire you!

The provider must be able to:
- work with the custom lists of usernames that we provide.
- deliver results within 1-3 days tops.
- be able to handle 200,000-500,000 mentions on a regular basis (daily or semi-daily)

We can provide daily PayPal payments, and custom username lists with the included posts that we would like to mention. We will pay at the going rate at $1 per 1,000 mentions. If you can provide exemplary results, we will increase that rate and the workload.

We've talked before, and I am not interested in the service that you provide. If I remember correctly, you didn't want to do custom lists and you only wished to work with hashtags.

Also, you seemed to be in the market for mentions as well - which makes me think you are just reselling me a service.
