At the moment $90 will get you a single website targeting a niche with 5000 searches per month and a cpc of $5. The site will have 13,000 words and having brought myself are of good quality. The idea being you purchase and rank a website for a very easy search term, say you hit 3rd position you are likely to get say 20% of that traffic, thus 1000 visitors a month plus the long tails, roughly 5% of people click the adverts then Google Adsense will pay you around $5 for each of those clicks, so the site should earn you around $150 - $250 a month (assuming it ranks).
Buying a ready built site is an easy way to get started and understanding internet marketing. Having read your other thread I would definitely recommend something along these lines.
