So my only hope is that they still allow dropshippers to use prime and the 3-5 day delivery option without any hassle.

Any1 got experience with this "solutions"? Usually just drop shipping much higher cost items, but I created a new account to milk my x-mas cash cow (these items are much cheaper and I need prime for the free shipping).

Did it for almost a week and about 40 items, I used standard shipping method, not the prime one . Amazon didn't make any problems yet, but I'm sure they will ban the account soon. :saroll:

My todo list contains a reporting tool for finding items that sell well, I just haven't gotten around to it.

What about the volume game though? Just listing a shedload of items and hoping a small percentage get sold every few days?

Have you noticed that you can get wayyy more competitive once you open a store and lose the 10% final value fee... i'm really looking forward to that day.

they offer a 1 month trial on the basic store, and yeah it makes a pretty big difference. you gotta try to get every possible discount, from seller fees to paypal fees to CC cash-back. when i started i was barely competitive at a 25c profit, now im up to $1 on the same items at minimum and i haven't even used all the possible discounts

figuring out how to make multiple prime accounts is vital for dropshipping. people just aren't interested in slow shipping, and you also need multiple accounts to fulfill orders on limited-quantity items

i learned the hard way that amazon tracks you through a variety of methods. besides the obvious IP, name, CC, billing address, they also use browser fingerprinting. easiest way around that is to use tor browser, along with a VCC for registration, and gift cards for purchases

Nice method there, i am reading the thread already several hours and in the mean time found already a lot of nice products to resell. However i have one question:

How you pay for the products on amazon? Do you use each time same credit card? (with different prime accounts?) I know, that when you take a new prime account need to verify it with virtual credit card. When you sell the item on ebay you get the funds to paypal and as i know amazon does not accept paypal. How you manage this? This is the only thing holding me back.

There are the usual solutions like PriceYak, SKU Grid and Hydra Lister. These are SaaS solutions that perform various features including price monitoring between Amazon and eBay.

They are fee based with monthly recurring subscriptions.

I'm not aware of any self hosted, solutions can be installed locally. I have a solution that I developed myself but it is not for sale.

Yeah, I'm currently using the two you have mentioned but not completely happy with them as a solution. 1 is really good at what it does but does not autobuy and the other is a little bit unpredictable. I guess the best solution would be to create your own or pay somebody to do it. If anybody wants to message me a price for for the job?

One thing that hasn't been mentioned but should be known if you sell on eBay.

But eBay actually scam their sellers illegally by throttling sellers. What I mean by this is your listings will stop appearing in search terms when eBay think you've sold enough. There is no eBay policy for this, or contract you agree upon for allowing them to do this. But many sellers have noticed this and some have even proven it though eBay deny such doing.

So don't be surprised if you get to a point where you're having regular sales every day, then all of a sudden they drop for no reason. Then a few days or weeks later they resume again.

Someone should design a serpbot for ebay, where you can input all your item numbers in, and then it will automatically tell you the position of your item, using the first 3 words of listings title as the keyword. Just an idea. Then monitor your items position for a couple of months and see where it drops off (while the item is still in stock).

Then sue their asses in a court of law for illegally throttling listings in ebay's serp.

serp means search engine result page.

When I said ebay serp. I meant when you type in a keyword, then you get the ebay serp, the results pages of that keyword.

Mother fuckers just did this to me. Must have ordered 5 over a week, and now they won't let me order the 6th one.

Why are Amazon such bastards. Now I'm going to have to figure out a way of creating multiple amazon accounts with different cards. Creating different accounts isn't a problem. Having many different cards or if need be, addresses, is.

You can reuse the same cards and addresses. I have an Amazon prime card, and an Amazon visa (5% and 3% cash back) that I use across accounts. I use the same billing address too.


In other news, I just got my first email saying they suspect me of reselling so I guess that's a good sign! I'm making about $150/day. I do a little bit of selling on Amazon sourcing from other stores as well.

I got lucky and stumbled on a very profitable niche.
I reccomend using this program Arsclip for speeding up your orders. It lets you create macros, so I have one where I copy each part of the buyer's address, and then I press a key command to paste it all in at once in the Amazon Checkout. You need to create multiple versions for if they have a second address line and if you're shipping to multiple addresses (the multiple addresses dialog has 7 tabs after the phone number box while the normal ones have 8)

It takes a little bit to figure out, but will save you tons of time in the long run. It's also a lot easier to use than Autohotkey.

Hey great info man, I'll grill you a bit more on some stuff later to help me understand why you're not getting banned.

But more importantly for now, as for arsclip, I've been messing with it for hours and still can't figure out how you can make a macro to paste each line seperately. Sure I understand the Tab command, but the Paste (as configured) command always pasted the last entry.

Could you help me out?
