I got some expired web2.0 sites like blogger, weebly, tumblr etc etc. Should i check PA or TF of that urls or both?

Please help

Due diligence for expired domains involves several metrics, also checking whether the domain was used for spam in the past. If unsure, then hire a freelancer for the job.

It is not used for spamming, original blogs, nothing spam there...

TF is a metric invented by majestic, DA is invented by moz.
Checking both is probably the best.

Check your rankings. In the end this is the only metric that is important.

For expired blogs I use PR and PA to clean millions of urls.

Both. Best way is to check backlinks to see where does that blog has backlinks.

Try to check TF by majestic, DA - use MOZ.
It works.

I only trust links. Everything else it just a shortcut, and shortcuts sometimes make you walk the long way in the end. Use metrics for sorting, then check links manually on the final list.

In my case I've make it a point that I recreate tumblr blogs with a good TF even with a not that much high PA, but my problem is for all my created web 2.0 I'm having some problems with the indexing.

built backlinks to them to get them indexed

What if TF10+ and PA 1 only... i checked their backlinks, seems ok to use.

This is not always true.
For example: tumblrs with PA and no PR have high chances of being spammed.

I don't care much about PR because recently I ranked with TF15+ domain to my medium competition kW.
