I believe if you ask for an english speaking rep, or people from the U.S to answer your question, legally they have to transfer you to someone that speaks and/or works in the U.S. I think its illegal to speak to someone in a foreign country since its your business. I am not sure how it works if you live OUTSIDE the united states however. Its been like this for a few years now. So now, whenever I speak to someone who says they are in India, or some other place, I say can you please transfer me to an English speaking representative. This has been the case for companies like Microsoft and Amazon. Two companies I call the most and then transfer me without any issues. In the past it used to be horrible to try and get people to speak clearly to me when they were in a foreign country. It's great to because you get to keep jobs, well paying jobs, here in amaerica and still kepp the jobs overseas. Its cheper overseas however.
