Forgive me if I assume wrongly here.

So, on your website, you are displaying docked AdSense ads that show only to mobile users and they're not part of your site which is seen by desktop traffic?

And the interstitial ad is an AdSense ad shown only to mobile traffic? And this is on a website rather than a mobile app?

What do you mean by docked?
Yes, those mobile ads only appear when you access the page from a mobile device of course. If not, nothing will be shown.

Unfortunately if you are using a full page iframe the ads will show under it and the users wont be able to see them but this is something we will consider for feature versions.
