I suggest instead of thinking "how to takedown his video", why don't you beat him on SERP instead? That's more manly and you will gain experience by doing so, which you can use at a later time.

It's okay to use blackhat but invest your time on something that you can benefit in the long run. Think 10 steps ahead.
