Amazon Authority Website Journey to € 1000 a Day - 100% Outsourced

please keep us updated anout the SSL progress, i would like to know how much trust in Googles Eays you will get

This is one of the thread i read every single post. Its very details and most interesting parts is, Everything's outsourced. I also want to know how much Google actually give power to SSL

After reading the previous page, I just find out that you suggest ignoring the DA metrics and focus on the PA right?
I mean is the DA not that important when it comes to rank website? It means that the important metrics to focus when doing keyword research are PA, Backlink profiles, site ages, etc.

If that is the case, then I think I skip out tons of potential keywords.

Thank you

Yep, think about it. All popular web2.0 domains have huuuge DA, but does that mean that if you create a page on them, it will automatically rank #1? No. Same with amazon pages. amazon.com has huge DA, but individual product pages are the easiest thing to outrank.

hi, very nice journey.

I am concern about the words count in every blogpost.
everyone said that it should be longer than 500 words in order to prevent spam penalty.
but i found some big blog only post 50-200 words in many post.
for example, gearmoose . com, they make hundreds of blogpost about product and most of the word count are below 100 words for every post.

what do you think ??

Yeah, I will update when my SSL is ready to be installed :D

The concept behind my statement (don't use DA) is to not base your keyword research on metrics invented by other companies.
The best way is to look at every single SERP and analize website ranking with your tools. In this way you can check Title, URL's, On-Page contents and On-Page Optimization.

Using tools will speed up the whole process but will never be perfect as manual (if you really care about your projects).

Same with amazon pages. amazon.com has huge DA, but individual product pages are the easiest thing to outrank.

Because sellers can't optimize them... I'm doing few tests to rank and make link building on Amazon's products pages, until now I'm having great results.
If done in this way, an Amazon product page will be really hard to outrank :D

Yes if you link build on them you can rank well. That sounds pretty fun! Do you have your own products up also?

Well, every situation has different interpretations :)
Spam penalty will beat you when you've tiny duplicate contents (or tiny spinned contents).

If those tiny contents are legit don't worry about it.
We all know that longer contents will rank better for a lot of different and semantic related keywords, for this tiny contents aren't much useful for users and search engines.

Sure, I'm testing few products imported from China, until know zero sells but I'm traking ranking results and are improving day by day.
I think I can do a lot of spam because Amazon's domain has a lot of authority.

In any case I don't want to do it because I prefer to buy guest post on authoritative sites and spend 50 € per link (in this way I need two or three links to rank first with an Amazon page).

One of my CB products has a description of only 264 words with a clear Call to action. It is converting very well. I can't even find it on Google for specific keywords, but I get targeted traffic from Pinterest, Twitter and FB. So, I don't care about Google, seo, backlinks, 1k content bla bla bla (for this website)
Of course the Vendor is doing a great job for his product. All I try to do is make visitors crazy in their head, make them click the affiliate link ASAP!
You don't need 500+ articles for that if you follow this tactic.

But if you need much more traffic for your products to convert, this is a great journey. Thanks OP!

Thanks arganrecords,

It makes lots of sense now xD.

Just a stupid question, couple weeks ago, I bought and received a manual web 2.0 link building service on BHW.

So in order to improve the SERPs, these backlinks have to be indexed right? If yes, do you recommend any service or any tip on get those web 2.0 indexed?

Man you need to find or buy gasoline for your website, I build the gas station :)
Are really different ways to earn money.

When I'm sleeping someone is buying products on my website, you can't really sleep because in that way your traffic will drop in few days.

Yes, I reccomend Google: www.google.com/add_url.html
Create an account and submit links from that form, easy as that... (your link will be indexed in few minutes).

FYI at least for me that link gives 404, I think the new url is via google webmaster tools google [.com] /webmasters/tools/submit-url

Hint for faster indexing, create a xml sitemap if possible - I think wordpress might create it automatically (?) if not, then get a plugin to do that.

(edit: fuck this site, I still can't post links so you'll have to parse the above url to get it work

WTF: "You are NOT allowed to post URLs, email addresses and images, until after you have been a member of BHW for a little longer" I registered in 2012!!)

In addition you want to ping Google and other engines to notify them when you updated your Sitemap, in case your sitemap creator / plugin won't do that.

google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ping?sitemap=url_to_sitemp

bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=url_to_sitemp

submissions.ask.com/ping?sitemap=url_to_sitemp

Yeah, I added .com but the original link is with .it (I thought it worked because it redirect me). In any case you only need to search on Google.com "google add url".
The problem comes when you need to index backlinks, you don't have the control on sitemap, for this I'm always using Add URL :)

In addition you want to ping Google and other engines to notify them when you updated your Sitemap, in case your sitemap creator / plugin won't do that.

google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ping?sitemap=url_to_sitemp
bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=url_to_sitemp
submissions.ask.com/ping?sitemap=url_to_sitemp

Do you read that MrshunE wanted to index the backlinks?
In any case he can let crawl the sitemap of the site where there are his backlinks with the Add URL functionality :)

How about ALEXA ranking? What rank did your website received?

If I can answer that in argan's thread, please don't be mad at me.

Alexa rank can be easily manipulated and therefore, it is not seriously taken. For example, if my site has alexa rank of 5 million I can lower it by simply sending bot traffic.

Wow really great journey thread. One of the best i have seen in my short time here. I'm currently building a authority site based around a small number of products available on amazon. my content is original. My content includes review articles and review videos with the actual products I have affiliate links for on my website. I would like to at least outsource the article writing. Where do you think I can find good writers without spending an arm and a leg. Awesome thread!

It's a couple of years that I do not watch the alexa rank, you bring me a nostalgic memory :D
Talking seriously is a metric that makes no sense (if you aren't in TOP 100 websites).

Exactly, can be manipulated and is a really a metric that says absolutely nothing about the strength of a site.

I'm finding them on student's forums or you can try in Facebook groups ;)
In this previous post you can find useful informations.

I'm slowly learning Link Building right now. Cause for me, it kinda lost with so many advices, guides outthere. Some suggest these strategies, some say otherwise.

Regardless, I just bought GSA SER as well as WAC (Wicked Article Creator) to build link myself. As I noticed that they are the perfect combination for building tier-2 links or lowers.
So my problem lies in tier-1. Please kindly answer my question:

Do you use 100% unique and 100% hand-written articles for tier-1?
If yes, how much do you usually pay for them? And how many words for each posts?
How many posts per each web 2.0 that can make it look natural to Google? I'm thinking of 5 - 10, but that will be costly.

As always, thank you.
