Just ordered Windows 3 package but was disappointed with your support. I created a support ticket to show that the configuration was different from your offer. I don't know what your support tech has done so far. He said he has increased the number of cores to 6. Yet nothing is resolved.
1. Based on the server system info, it shows QEMU Virtual CPU verison (cpu64-rhel6) 2.40 Ghz (4 processors) instead of Dual Intel Xeon E5620's 2.40 GHz. Isn't it supposed to be physical cores? I also check the task manager and it shows only 4 cores.
2. The harddisk is only 1GB. Not 200GB
Please resolve it ASAP as I have 3 days to test the server.

I have been the person handling your ticket. I apologize for the issues, but on the same token would like to also make clear that most of your issues that you have been talking about are not really issues, but rather more on the software OS side of things and unrelated to the server host. I explained this below:
1. As I just explained to you in your support ticket, our Windows VPS's are virtualized by a well-known virtualization technology platform known as "KVM"
A virtual CPU equates and is the same meaning as 1 physical core, as your VPS is virtualized with KVM.. KVM virtualization masks the CPU's that the guest VM's see as "QEMU Virtual CPU".
Any VPS provider using KVM virtualization will also show the same thing. However, it does pass on the same frequency as the host node, and as you can see you are on a Dual Xeon E5620 2.40 GHz CPU (as advertised)
Your Windows VPS plan includes 6 cores, but Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/d7d27752-1dcd-4884-b002-3284db41ab2b/maximum-of-cpu-cores-in-editions-of-microsoft-windows-server-2008-r2?forum=winservergen, this is a software limitation/issue with Windows OS itself, but I double checked and can verify your VPS does have 6 physical cores allocated to it from the host node.
2. This has been fixed, all we had to do was grow your C drive from the Disk Manager in Windows. I apologize about this issue and I'm glad we were able to resolve this quickly!
