You can do either. Most of the time people just find something specific to the niche but you could use a name as well (if its a nickname), especially if you're going to create an "expert" persona which can help

Nope, not since FB changed to no-follow links.

BB is good for other Social Media platforms, blogs and forums though. FB is not the only source of traffic out there.

Is it normal that after 2 days of having 160 visits and 25 hops I'm now having 38 visits and like 8 hops a day? Because I've read that it can be a Google penalty but I'm seeing ALL my comments even in private mode.

Whenever I use Google and type "[niche]" and get last 24 hours, all I get is either autoblogs for some keywords, or only forums. No blogs or press releases. Forums obviously convert but they're very time consuming and I'm going with 5 only so far.

Check Google Webmaster Tools - that will tell you if you have a penalty or not

WHAT ? I had my first sale after 7 days of commenting! I don't care if this gets refunded or what ever it's just a PROOF. I didn't even ask the seller to send me a review but today I did and if I think the product sucks I will change it (I don't want to feel guilty on a daily basis) . Now I know that it WORKS. I just can't believe this HAHA (I'm a newbie so yes I'm over excited okay?)

Loading one stream at a time will make it much faster.For example choosing only social media in the stream.
