[Question] More sites in same niche

For some background info:
I currently have a site that is ranking in a niche wherein I can promote a CB product.
I found some similar keywords to mine with unregistered .com's with around 2500 monthly searches .

What value does this have for me and when does this become valuable?

How much related are them? I'd probably target all of them on the same website instead of multiple EMDs

1 website should be enough, write more articles and target all the KWs
