Its been 2 days now and I haven't been able to use the PayPal account that I bought from Jonwatson. I have contacted him multiple times today regarding the issue however, he claims that he is busy but this issue pretty sure is a priority, since he sold something that isn't working! I can't send any money that is received into that PayPal account to any other PayPal account! I also told him that I needed to send a text message to the number he has linked to that PayPal account because PayPal wants me to confirm my identity, and he hasn't help me with that.

Am I allowed to open a scam report for this? If it isn't resolved?

So Jonwatson said that he will help me today with the faulty PayPal that he has given me however, he hasn't replied to any of my messages through Skype and it says that he is online on BHW.

sir i am gone another one .any way if you face same problem i am give replace another paypal account , so don't worry about paypal problem

Alright, Jonwatson has helped me by providing me with a new PayPal account however, I paid $130 for a 3 months old account and the new account that he gave me is only 1 month old, and I have to go through the 21 days holding process. I don't know if he is going to give me any compensation for this, since I actually paid $130 for a 3 months old account and a 1 month old account only cost $60. He did ask me to wait for 2 months before receiving a 3 months old account, but that is just plain stupid in my opinion! Why would I pay now and wait 2 months? Logic?? Anyways I hope I get some sort of compensation.
 
I want to say this is a great service, Within few hours all things done, very quick,
he help me for everything to get verify my accounts.
