Twitter bot that automatically responds to a new tweet?

Does anyone know of a Twitter bot that automatically responds to someone when they tweet?
I've seen plenty of examples of this, twitter accounts responding as soon as someone famous tweets.

As I have coded auto retweet , i can just change the code around for it and make it auto tweet
