Help with eBay stealth account

Im not sure if I'm posting in the right account but I'm now in need of your helps!
I have one of my main stealth account (1000+ fbs) limited last week for some random reason on ebay.ca and waiting to submit invoice and ID and CC statement (when I called to see why my account got limited the "account specialist" guy said only to submit invoices so could I follow his instructions instead?)
I have 2 old stealth account, both are 4~5 years old but both had random vero MC011/19 even tho I had receipt (can't remember which MC code exactly, but 1 acc had 1 vero and i stopped selling on this, only buying; while the other 2 listing takedown in span of about 6 months or maybe a bit more), both are inactive for ~3~3.5 years so could I start slowly using them for selling or would it be better to just start new stealth account??
also i'm pretty sure that my bank account linked with these pp were closed by the bank due to inactivity so I would need to link new bank account to it as well.
would ebay keep vero record forever? i read somewhere that the thing stay on your seller account record for something like 1~1.5 years

also for my limited account I made up some invoice, not a distributor but a store invoice from Japan with fone# and email, after digging thru their their rudimentary japanese website I found that they do sell the item at ~ the reasonable price that I could make profit. Would this be okay for sending to gaybay?
I just want to get on the gaybay to finish my stock, lately gaybay selling is slowing down so I'm considering ditching it after clearing my stock and go slow from there on.

You never get banned for random reason. You may not agree with the reason, but it's not random.

Well, I would guess you're suspected of selling fake or unauthorized grey market goods.

both are inactive for ~3~3.5 years so could I start slowly using them for selling or would it be better to just start new stealth account??

if they're stealths, better to start over, because inactive old account get treated like new account when starting to sell and VERO strike stays on file forever

that may be true of blacklisted addresses, but basically any info you give them stays on file forever.

would the stealth account with a MC019 salvageable if I'm no longer selling the item that cost me the MC019? stopped selling these since years ago

depends on what it is you're trying to sell

the original ebay msg is: documents that prove that you purchased the item(s) recently listed on ebay blah blah
would this have to be from a supplier/wholesaler/whatsnot or retailer would be acceptable

the only "new" stuff that I listed different than what I was listing since years was a pair of breast pumps and one was a hospital grade that cost ~2k on amazon new and i started a list at 400USD/7 days auction but cmon who phake a breast pump
but that is a gift from in-laws 2 years ago cant possibly get a receipt for this

I would have listed it as used. Selling something as new at 20% of its retail value sets off the scam alarm at eBay. At this point I would just call in and try to explain it to the rep and hope for the best.

For small copyright violation they don't usually do the immediate permanent ban thing. They usually give out a warning and a couple of temporary bans before they lay down the permanent ban hammer. If it's not banned right now, it's safe to use, but remember that the violation on your account stays on your record forever.

well it was listed as used and i specifically mentioned that it was used for almost 2 years daily and comes with NO accessories
i set a starting auction at 400 because i went to look at everyone else starting bid for a used one and that was what i got for most...
and i mis-remembered the new price being in the range of 1000...instead of 2k at amazon.ca
i cant get the mind of ebay, who would scam on breast pump...

I was at the house a couple days ago and my wife was watching Dr Phil the person on the Show had a nickname called the Brest pump bandit. He would go to stores and Steal Best Pumps, then have someone sell it on ebay for him. He would do this with his kids in the store with him. So they probably want to be sure it was not stolen, but a requirement for an older pump is kinda ridiculous but Ebay has some ridiculous rules.
