well i've ordered 32 days ago ( OCTOBER 27 at 15:00 CET ) nothing delivered (he only told me to buy a domain, nothing more....)

I have refrained from posting this because its really not my style. But after seeing the above posts felt I should.
It took me around 3 months to get my top package order which was delivered incomplete, with suspected spun content, containing nulled plugins and a Wordpress installation I have had lots of security issues with. I honestly think I could have turned around what was delivered in a day maybe 2 with the keywords.
Contact was really bad throughout. There were also some other issues which arouse after this order which I wont go in to due to having no proof. I spent around $800 to try and save some time and maybe learn something while getting an insight into how somebody else did it. I ended up after a long wait creating the site again myself and then buying/writing new content. Ill possibly use the content given with the site for Web 2.0s but I'm honestly not even sure its worth that.
The Keywords were really good although the format they came in wasn't really explained but this didn't really matter as none of the posts that came with the site were targeting them anyway.
The guide I received was shorter than expected but half decent although I'm not sure id be comfortable following some of the suggested steps for a long term authority site.
To clarify I received my order keywords and all. It just didn't live up to half my expectation so I scrapped it and moved on.

Ok its been 12 days. NO response at all. I'm about to open a ShitList if there is no response in 3 days, and even if you do respond, if I don't get the website in 6 days, which is 1.7 times OVER your own stated TAT (7-10 days), it will still be opened. Worst $200 ever spent. I spent just $30 on another service and got it faster, with communication the whole way through.

If the article quality is bad then you should ask him to redo as this is not what advertised in the sales page.
He also should be reported for using nulled plugins.
If his service is really unsatisfactory and he won't change anything that you requested, then seek a refund.
When I get my order, I would also be doing that if he gives me rubbish quality content.
