It was more then 4 hours downtime, and its just to much. I am hopping you will be done very soon with the migration, I am taking a hit with this.

Except this huge downtime (planed but its taking more it should), your hosting and support are awesome and I would recommend it it to anyone.


Edit: the servers are online after 7 and half hour downtime from 1-4 hours predicted.

We apologize for the delay with the maintenance; after migrating (Physically moving the hardware from one datacenter to another) all the servers; we were waiting for our Tier 1 providers to start announcing the IPs from the OLD datacenter to the new Datacenter and that process took a lot of time to get completed. 95% of our systems are up and we are working on the final 5%. We thank everyone for the patience.

After paying the invoice (727747), your website kick me out and i can't log in anymore. And i try to request password reset, your site say "No client account was found with the email address you entered".

I try request password reset with another email, which is my paypal email (my email on your site is different from my paypal email, i never sign-up with this email). And actually i got my account back, but with different email. Ok no problem, please procces my order now.

Our system does an auto verification check and updates all the details to PayPal details post verification. Kindly use your PayPal email address as your username in order to login to your client area.
