Hi,

What are your strategies for building Tier1 for a new domain ?

If this is a long term project then your tier 1 better be squeaky clean.

how much web 2.0 ?

because web 2.0 has a great DA but PA very lower 1, so the backlink will have no power, don't you think ?

So the strategy is WEB 2.0 (only) and GSA ? no blog comment no wikis no forum profils... ?

Here is the Strategy!

Step 1 -Tier 1 >> Manually Build web 2.0 (Unique and readable content) - 10 nos(Depending upon Your keyword competition)
Step 2- Tier 2 >> GSA links (Contextual and do follow)
Step 3 -Tier 3 >> GSA Links (From all Platform)
Step 4 - More Tier for High competitive KWs

Then Build 301 redirects to each web 2.0 (PR 1+)
Follow step 2, 3, 4..

Make your tier one done by 3 factors:
1. Niche Related Sites.
2. 1:1- URL Anchors to Text Ancours
3. If you are doing Web 2.0 do it so that 4 pages link to 1 at same web 2.0 and that page links to your site. So the next tier building would be safer.

Content should get highest priority? Does buying backlink services from fiverr or other sites really work?

Depends on your budget. Another way I have used in the past is to buy 10-20 aged domains. Have unique articles posted to each one, build links to them and then let them sit for a month or so until the site is matured a little bit and either link out to your main site or 301 redirect them. Works like a charm if you have the $$$ ;)

If you don't mind me asking, are these 301s from PBNs? Basically powering up 2.0s once they have their tier 2 and 3?

i pretty much agree with everything you've said i believe i have a fair understanding of SEO but, i don't understand the full value of building 301 redirect in this case "to each web 2.0 (PR 1 + ) can you break this down in a much more detail fashion ..or anyone else that's willing to clarify this thanks EVERYONE :)

I am doing my tier 1 with a mixture:
-web 2.0 blogs: single page, manually written content.
- Super web 2.0 blogs: fully built(about me, contact page, profile, social profiles), multiple pages(some built silo style, some with the posts link wheeled, some build as a pyramid, some just like a basic blog), all content unique.
- PDF & PowerPoint shares.
- YouTube videos
I then blast all these with GSA contextual, single page web 2.0s: all do follow
I then blast these with full spectrum of everything GSA can throw at it.

That is a broad overview of what I do.
