Instagram will ask to re-verify, how to re-verify with the same phone number? Twitter, Facebook...asked to use the same number to unblock...so how safe for us to use your phone number? How do we know ur phone numbers are virtual or physical sim cards?

For instagram you can always use a new phone number to verify. Twitter just need to enter the phone that was used to register that account. For facebook, you will need the same mobile number (you are right).
