Youtube: What is allowed (DMCA,Copyrights,ContentID) ?

Hello to all fellow Blackhaters
I have a plan to start youtube+adsens journey
Driving traffic to youtube will not be a problem,i will use some old FB/Tumblr/Twitter accounts

Problem is that i need to make videos in some popular niche, like viral news,funny accidents, car crashes and similar
And i seen here on BHW and on some other sites that youtube delete/ban videos/users ,even adsense ,if you get flagged few times

Someone wrote somewhere that only Dashcams and Security Cams videos can not be DMCA/copyright flagged.
Is that true and is that only niche i can go for?

My plan was to download like 50 funny accidents vids, make one good compilation with some joke texts, number them, like Best 10 of... ,but i don't know how long those videos will be online and waiting for incoming banhammer

By the way,i saw a lot popular channels with this type of vids,with 500k subs ,and how they are not banned ? They surely don't have copyright proof for all that videos

So please share your knowledge about Youtube copyright/dmca with me

And also what RPM to expect ,mainly tier 1 countries ? 1$ ?

the idea would be that since the filming is in a public place (the streets), that they are public domain.

i personally don't think that everything filmed in public place is "legal" to post on youtube ...I saw lot of guys banned for making compilations of fails,accidents etc, and they are all filmed on streets,aka public places

Any more opinions? where to go?what to do lol?

if you really want to make long-term money on YouTube, stay far away from anything copyrighted. It is just not worth it. There are so many other ways to make money on YouTube that don't require you creeping close to the edge of copyright violations.
