Yes it is possible, but as other member asked the best solution depends on how big your list is and how the emails were acquired.

My list isn't big, around 700 subsribers

Guys..Thanks for sharing your problem. It's easy way to send more mails using mailchimp, madmimi etc. So for 700 mails it will helpful and easy for you to use these way. You can use Microsoft outlook Express.It may helpful for you. Check it please if it do not work then update me I'll send you another smart way or you can send me PM for details help. there are may ways to kill a rat. Yes it is possible but as someone mentioned, it will depend on the size of the list.
