Comunity help with sms idiot

Hi guys.
I am having troubles with anonim as**hole. RInging and spaming my lady with shitty messages. This continues for few days right now and he is not going to stop. So i wonder if anyone can help me with making his phone a trash bag for tons of spam, rings and anything else that makes his life miserable. Would be glad any help from community guys.

P.S. I am from Eastern Europe and police system doesn't work properly here so i can not track and punish him legally.

All I want is to draw away his attention and make him understand that gis jokes really annoying and after SUFFER!!!))) there are more messages but they are in Russian and mostly tell that he want sex. Idea of posting the number on boards is a long term strategy with with no guarantee of efficiency and i need it to be fast and FURIOUS!) Still hope for your advice or help.

I would "give sex" with the hugest dildo i could find but he does not give any info to find him. All i have is a phone number. I have no idea who the hell is this guy.
Blocking his number on android works like auto hang up but he continues calling and i don't want to wait while he change number or attempt to find my girl personally. I want to give an aggressive fight back in the information space to provoke him to reveal himself or retreat.

For a Jr. Vip you sound like a usual troll) I cae here with a problem that can be solved by experienced blackhatters and mostly people try to sugest and coversate. Except you ofcourse) is it because you have nothing to say but desperately need attention? In my country phone carier just sends me to the police. But as i said before police is not an option for this problem.
If you really want to help be creative and offer something more than solving this problem in a booring and "europe style" methods. Othervise don't waist yours and my time on useless jokes)
I would not make such effort for this "campaign" but these calls cause sycological pressure on my woman.

P.S. Still interested in a good tool or service for SMS bombing.

Another idea:
Create a fakeaccount on Facebook and other social networks where you can add/find friends by using their number. If he has that option open, you will find his profile.
