Unlisted video and flagged everytime

Guys i can't manage to upload a video that after 10min/30min/1 hour get flagged and striked, and it's UNLISTED not published.
And i don't buy likes or comments or views. It's fresh.
I tried different titles and descriptions and keywords, still the same.
Tried modifying my video, still the same.
Changed IP (i have a dynamic one), cleared cookies, used browser anonymous mode. Nothing, still get flagged.

Anyone ever experienced this?

yes using the same gmal account... but with other channels eveything is ok if i upload videos

Don't use the same gmail account, same video, same title, description, link in the description(use bitly to change the URL) and finally before uploading video clean your flash cookies using advance setup with ccleaner.
Then don't copy paste your all meta tag at a time..
