Hello, I am one of the Customer of Hosted00 , I bought their shared hosting plan 3 months ago and hosting around 4 websites with pretty decent traffic. To be really honest, till now I have received NO-DOWNTIME at all from their side and websites are really fast. I remember, initially when I was moving from another hosting provider these guys helped me a lot moving my websites from the another host, it was a lot of trouble but still they helped me so quickly.
Their support team replys within hours and resolves the problems quickly.

I am totally agree with Kasim, I have 3 plans with them and running so many websites. And they all are working fast. Their support team is so quick and fast to help.

We sent out an announcement about server migration to a new private suite regarding this. All of our customers were aware of the temporary downtime, please read our announcements and email we sent. Since we dont monitor this thread thoroughly I can see it was from back in December, and everything is back to normal now. Contact us via support ticket and we will provide you a credit on your next invoice for the inconvenience.

We enable secondary payment methods upon request. Just submit a ticket.

Hi Grav no offense but how you explain that "LOVED BY 41169 DEVELOPERS" and only 2 FB likes? You have start the FB page just around August? Even if you "decide" to offer it public like you say... there should be some of the developers (even your friends, or girlfriend) who would run to support and follow your fb page. Also I can't see if you WHMCS license (if any) is valid since it can't detect it ( correct me if i'm wrong). Please understand that I have nothing with you and I'm always happy when there are new providers because personally I got tired of the same fishes around BUT what I wan't to know how secure I could be with you?

What I see now are some B.S "happy customers reviews" from accounts with 1 post (no matter if is old account ...).

We have a solid foundation of recurring customers who are happy and very satisfied with our service.
Our front end developers do not update the stats. Ill be sure to get them to update it since this is a big deal to you lol. A small factor like this does not effect the service we bring.
