I noticed a page on fb which is posting links to their site on daily base among other content and i see those on my news feed. But when you actually visit their fb page it will not show any posts with links, like they never posted anything besides images and videos.

Am curious how they do it.

Didn't posted the urls so i don't disclose whoever that page belongs to. But if you are interested to see i can show it

They are probably paid for adverts which are not available as posts, blank out the information which would identify them and post a screenshot.

Image one is from my news feed and it looks like normal post, but like u said it could be paid advert.

second one is from visiting their page 10 seconds later and that link doesn't exist, nor any other external link

There is an option on top right of your posts where you can "hide" that post from your page timeline but it'll still show on fans newsfeed. Lots of IM using social media use this trick to keep the page clean.

Edit : This isn't a paid advert. It's a Mylikes link.

It doesn't say "Sponsored" anywhere?

Click on the time,"20hrs" here and it should give you a link to the post.

Does it have any positive impact on reach besides page is visually cleaner for eye, as links decrease reach

thats not the question, i know how to get url of the post , point is its hidden on their page

So even when you hide a post on your page it still shows in the timelines of those who follow you?

They post as hidden or show to: only me. So posts they make on their wall may be seen by only them, of course once they share a post the people see the share in the group/page where the share is made. It still can't be seen by anyone but the poster on his own wall though.

You can hide your ads or other post on your page timeline. Also you can schedule it after last fb update.
