did you get any notification for withdraw . & what is your limitted pp account country ?
I do not recommend buying from this guy, he claims that having his rep means he doesn't need to show any proof of him having an active Paypal account (the account that he will be selling) he kept asking for payment first before he will show proof, I mean how does that work? Since when did people send someone money without knowing that the guy actually have the account? His English was also very poor! It seems like he is located in India or something.
PS: I even tried explaining to him, why I was asking for what I was asking and it didn't seem like he understood.
I also tried adding our Skype conversation on here, but some reason I couldn't as I kept getting this error message "You are NOT allowed to post URLs, email addresses and images, until after you have been a member of BHW for a little longer. We did this to cut down on spam. Thank you for understanding! If you would like to remove this limit faster please consider donating HERE" (I did not even have any links in the conversation)

yes i did get, the country is Malaysia, but can be withdrawn to USA banks too

when he ask me sanp short this account i am give him my account image & then he ask me also give me when i am created this account i am also given him my email confirmation image & then he ask me also my account profile image i am told him i am not give him fake i amge you can trust me he again ask & ask now what shall i do i think he not buy any account to be me he is waste my time, so i am decide i am leave chat with him
I have now received the Paypal account however, it did not come with an rdp which means that I will be logging in on a different IP, and I believe this would give Paypal a reason to limit the account or something? Please do correct me if I am wrong, also I did not receive the phone number that is used on the email and Paypal account used, I am also currently unable to log onto the email because it's asking for a phone verification! On top of that I did not receive the documents that was used to lift the limits on the Paypal account given to me (photo id, bank statements, utility bill, etc) I hope this will get sorted by tomorrow.

I am very UNHAPPY with this sale! I WASTED $130!!! The PayPal account can only receive money! I can't send the money to anyone else, if I try to send it to anyone I will get an error message "We can't send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal." the PayPal is also not 3 months old!
