Guys, which paypal is good im confused!

USA PayPal or Vietnam PayPal

I have 2 pp in choice but I can only buy 1 pp

USA PP fully verified with few transactions account created in 2014

Vietnam PP fully verified with $10k+ transactions account created in 2012

idk which one to buy both cheap price but confused which one is best to buy ?

USA Paypal is good if you have good transaction(minimum 5-10) and Bank attached

Yep Trinetworld is correct. How are you going to access Vietnam Paypal if you are not from there? For me USA Paypal is worth it.
