I want to use a VPN for managing bulk twitter accounts. Will a VPN suffice?

A vpn is the same thing as a proxy except that it's encrypted. If you use the exact same IP for all your accs if one get banned they all go down. It really depends of your goals.

but wouldn't that mean a vpn would suffice because if my ip on a vpn is encrypted, then twitter won't know the ip's of all the accounts and therefore they won't all get blocked if just one does. right?

VPN mostly gives you shared IP, though. It means some of them might have reported as spam by Twitter.
That's why private one better. You are the one who using it.

Still, you can use both. But with different result, of course. Have you tried it without changing your IP?
You can still do it right? But the results won't be the same as you mask it.

private proxies is best but VPN should work too. I was running 20 some accounts on VPN and when they were banning like crazy a few weeks back only 7 got banned, the rest are still OK

A VPN is just a way to use a remote host. You need proxies to switch your IP dynamically if you have multiple accounts.

which vpn you can recommend ?
i know pp but its still expensive..

maybe securevpn.to ?

and where i can buy recently quality socks5 ?
