You just need to create user accounts, each user each IP address. No need new computers.

Sometimes you can be detected via browser fingerprinting. I think virtualbox et similia is the best way to go

My suggestion would be to get a windows vps and sell using that. This way you will not have to worry about them seeing your in the same or a close location to an account that is banned.

I used a windows vps and a google voice phone number.

I forgot to add I would also suggest so you don't have any legal issues use a DBA name, and an EIN if you are in the US. Ein numbers are easy to get and free.
