I believe you can add your own custom IDs on the end of your link. So no link would be the same. www.clickbank.com/affproduct-linkYOURID or something like that.

Normally you can assign different trackers to the same product, then just filter by tracker

Great method! This could really work for me provided I find the right niche and the right channels.However I am wondering as to why they would agree to sell a product through our affiliate link when they can sign up for the product themselves and get the entire commision?

If you mean you want your own product, you can just set up landing page and post your product on jvzoo or some other alternative so you don't need to worry about payments.

SUBids is good solution for this, also there are free trackers like prosper 202. Most of the time every channel for me has different product.

tracker is not a must, you can just use different products, there are 1000s of them.
