Trademarked instagram handle

There is an inactive (no posts, no activity) instagram account which I have the trademark for. I have tried contacting instagram but they have not responded or declined without even looking at the evidence. This is important for our business brand. What would your next move be? How can I get this account? I've tried contacting the account owner in every way I can think of but there is no response.

Try contacting Instagram more than one time. Show them it's important and urgent.

The only way to get an answer is by using the contact form. It sucks & takes ages, but it's the only way.

chances are that you'll be ignored there too, but maybe it worth a shot

Ya you need to just keep trying over and over until you get an employee that cares. That's how they work over there from my experience.
