Buying Views for NEW Instagram Acc

Hi, is it safe to order 10,000 followers for a brand new instagram account? is it safer to buy an instagram account already containing 10,000 followers then changing its username to my desired username?
I can't afford to lose my username, by my account being banned etc

Lately Instagram is banning accounts with suspicious activity when it comes to liking and followers. Try getting them not all at once but maybe slowly. You'd better choose the second option if the account already has 10k followers.

One account of mine I tested something on got banned 'cause of the rapid follower inscrease and I dunno why 'cause there are so many people shouting out accounts with 0 followers which get 10k instantly (depending on the account that is shouting out) so I don't really know why I got banned. Could have been 'cause of the constant IP change, but I wouldn't risk it right now if you don't wanna lose your username play safe.

actually, I've seen many people with a high number of follower promoting their second accounts and they don't take up to much time to get 10k, believe me or not. But buying shoutouts at those people might cost 100$+ for sure.

spending $100+ for a 10k gain in a shotuouts does not seem legit.

I've sepnt $100 myself on shotuouts and gained less than 1k, not sure where you are getting your sources form

I'm not saying I ever bought that shoutout. Surely 100$ won't bring you 10k I didn't say that. I said the prices start from 100$. It also depends on your niche and which account you choose to shoutout. I'd never buy a 100$ tho, 1k can be easily made be hand without spending 100$.

When buying a shoutout (which I actually never did) you should definitely examine the account carefully, there are too many scammers out there. spending 100$ for gaining 1k is pre bad.
