Can't upload pictures

Weird thing's happening on my 25k+ acc. When I post picture it does not get posted. I do not receive any error or block or anything, everything looks normal but pic does not appear. Any ideas?
EDIT: It got posted after putting no caption at all. Looks like one of hashtags was causing that to happen.

Edit2. After posting my image dissapears after few seconds. Wtf. It happens on mobile and on followliker as well.
Edit3. Seems like the pic itself was the problem and posting a different picture solve this problem. It is weird as I resize everypicture and use batch purifier to clear the exifs. Weird.

Pay attention to hashtags you might be using. Instagram seems to be flagging some hashtags. Try posting your hashtags in a comment somewhere and see if the post is accepted.
