Any good Dedicated Server for adult?

Hello

I'm looking for a good dedicated server hosting for my site which do allow adult site.

Traffic: Around 45.000-50.000 daily
Monthly bandwitdh usage : around 700 GB (last month)

Currently, i'm using dedicated server with the spec:
CPU : Intel Xeon x3320(Quad Core , 4x2.50 Ghz)
RAM : 8GB
HDD : 2x500GB SATA II RAID 0/1

I don't know whats wrong, but my sites are very slow, sometimes down/timeout for couple minutes, and have intermittently connection. The support have been helpful and said my web sites need to be optimized, then i install W3 total cache, uninstall un-used plugin, update my wp version and plugins, etc. On normal condition,they get 'B' (89%) in gtmetrix score, 4-5 seconds loaded, and 500-800kb in size. But the problem still occur, web sites are slow and keeps timing out, even when accessing my WHM.

Any suggestion?

Which location do you prefer and your budget?

Consider installing varnish and memcached. Also increase RAM to 16GB if possible. BTW what is the port speed of server?

My switch port has 100 mbit/s, do you think it is enough?

U.S hosting is fine as long it allows adult site. My budget is around 175 USD include managed services + cpanel license.
