I don't think he's asking about nofollow links like for SEO. I think he's talking about unlimited follow limits on social networks

i.e. Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest all limit you on how many people you can follow daily... OP is looking for ones with no daily limit

I could be wrong though. Question could be interpreted different ways I suppose
