I am not sure if you would try new members but being new here does not mean one is new to ORM.
I know exactly which types of properties will be pushed up above your results with ease after years of analyzing.

I would strongly suggest against negative SEO. It works sometimes, but is extremely risky, and all it would take is for the website in question (a .gov website) to disavow the spam links that come into the website. Not only that, but in some cases a negative SEO blast actually helps a website that is being targeted.
