Wanted to provide my personal experience and a review of Source LTS.
Some of you may not know Source LTS or Source Market or Surce "University" etc. and their team, but they are gaining a lot followers and attentiom due to great marketing, chances are you came across them if you are doing SEO.
I was actually a pretty big fan of their webinars, Becker the one giving the webinars is a funny charismatic guy, very pleasant.
They have this service called Source LTS that really looked promising to me, they open it every once in a while, and this round I paid and wanted to try it out.
My main goal was to provide a review of Source LTS here and in some other places, my intentions was pretty good, simply wanted help these guys because honestly they looked great to me, and I've been following and enjoying for a while.
They are promising 24 hours support, and for some reason I wasn't getting emails from them,seems like it doesn't get to your email every time they respond like most services, at that point I actually approached them telling them I want to provide a review of their service on some forums, and then is where I was actually kicked out by Becker personally.
Here's some of Becker's personal response:
"I have more than enough proof this service works (literally hundreds of first pages and rankings increases) and frankly don't care what you write. I also don't like working with people with a "Yelp" mentality."
Well - Source Market is an SEO "Fiver" platform that works by providing reviews of SEO services, not sure how Becker cna not like working with people with Yelp mentality since this is one thing they actualy do.
"I don't think you understand how to use this service or interpret if we are doing a good job or not. . I do not want to work with you because of this especially now that your hinting at hurting my business over a misunderstanding on your part.. I have fully refunded you and closed your account."
How to use the service = putting in 3 keywords and a URL, I think I got that part Becker, but thanks for trying to make me look like an idiot.
Hurting the business - my email stated I am going to provide a review , meaning I actually told Becker I am going to write a review of Source LTS, he could have asked me not to , or provide me with a great service, I never hinted any bad review, but you know what, you probably deserve one.
I then replied with another email saying I am sorry if it sounded like it's a threat or anything like that, and I would actually a big fan and would like to provide a great review of the service.
As you can probably tell, they said they do not want to provide me with his SEO service.
One has to wonder, why is Becker is so afraid of a review of Source LTS...
Personally I would be thrilled to provide my service to be reviewed, especially if someone ould have prepared me in advance!
I am actually pretty insulted for being kicked out for try to help, but I guess I can help others by providing what I know, I believe there is a solid reason behind what happened, and most people can figure it out themselves...
With that being said, I never got the chance the try the service, and I really wante to, was willing to put $300 a month to see for results.
