Works great for G shopping as well, faced same issue and came up with this solution. Used list of I think 20-50k products to now 1 MM and all active. Use your feed and then just concatenate as described here (just briefly skimmed as I already knew which direction this would be going.)

Do one mate, that's not going to happen

I will read it again, thanks for showing me the excel way, im in a niche that requires something very close to this, in fact i was planning to make a software for that, that is not needed now.

Thanks

Don't think the people recognize the possibilities in their face atm.

Thanks Ste, one of the most useful things Ive see on this forum in awhile.

Now i tell you how to do complete unique (which passes copyscape ) with this method.

1. There is a golden rule to pass copyscape, you should not have 3 consecutive words, it will be highlighted as plagiarized then otherwise it won't be obviously.

2. What you have to do is, make sentences in a way that it allows for unique thing in sentences and doesn't violate the above rule 1.

For Example : I purchased [product-name(1...n)] to lead [synonyms of "better"] life.

It is just an example(coz "better" doesn't have as many options like product name), see product name will be unique everytime so { I purchased [product-name] } is unique everytime as it satisfies rule 1 + {to lead [synonym of "better"] life} is also unique everytime.

So, Unique + Unique => Unique

So the result will look like this, just showing few only.

I purchased bike to lead better life
I purchased toys to lead better life
I purchased nothing to lead better life

They all are unique in eyes of copyscape.

You get the idea.

That's it.

This method is something very close to what i do with my niche (not eCommerce) that's why i could relate to it.

Hope it helps.

Stop talking shit.

This is just utter nonsense. Who cares about copyscape? real people read our shit and buy from us, not algorithms.

What is the use anyhow you will not rank. You need link also this is will look like spun content it will help to index but not to rank in serp

One of the best post I've come across of late. Thank you Ste.

We have 487,000 products. The options are leave them with a blank description (which will not rank anyway) or add something for the user (which has an outside chance of ranking).

If we had an army of 20 Chinese children writing 50 product descriptions per day each it would still take 69 weeks to write unique content for each product. This is just not realisticly achievable.

If you have a better idea, feel free to share. Anyone can go "yeah thats not a good way to do it" but very few can go "thats ok, but this method is better". Are you just the guy who states the obvious or do you have a brain and want to contribute? :)

100 % uniqueness doesn't matter ? Do you drive traffic from search engines or other sources ?
