Creating accounts using Mass Planner

Hi Guys,

So I have purchased "Virgin Instagram Proxies" from Squid and I have never had a problem with them when creating Instagram accounts manually.

However, when trying to create them in Mass Planner I am getting an error saying that too many accounts have already been created on that proxy, wait a few days and try again.

Am I missing a step here?
